For a code correction

• The page URL and complete numeric ID.
• What you expected and what actually happened.
• Whether the issue occurred in the avatar editor or a house image field.
• The date you tried it. Game updates can affect supported items.

We can investigate a listing but cannot change game behavior, restore a deleted Roblox asset or grant ownership of an item.

Privacy and rights concerns

Include the affected page and a short explanation of the concern. Rights holders should identify the work and provide enough information to establish the relationship to it. Do not send sensitive identification unless specifically needed through an appropriate channel.

Keep your account information private

Never include your password, login cookie, payment details or recovery codes. We do not need access to your Roblox account to review a listing.
